What you'll do

As an Experience Advocate at Opendoor, you will be the face and voice of the company, assisting customers with their inquiries and guiding them through the home-buying and selling process. You will respond to incoming calls and written communications, addressing customer needs and resolving issues effectively. Your role will involve collaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance the customer experience and ensure that customers receive accurate information.
