What you'll do

In this role, you will own the supply planning for materials, consumables, and spare parts for Dandy's highly automated custom manufacturing business. You will develop and maintain detailed project plans to implement new operations initiatives while balancing customer needs. Your responsibilities will include managing a comprehensive S&OP process, which involves regular meetings to review commercial demand and supply. You will evaluate committed operating plans against current state realities, ensuring that all aspects of the business are prepared to execute against ambitious goals.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including supply chain and operations, to drive alignment and ensure that strategic objectives are met. Your analytical skills will be crucial in synthesizing complex data and providing insights that inform decision-making. You will also be responsible for reporting on key metrics and performance indicators, helping to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
