You are comfortable working remotely and have experience managing teams across different regions, particularly in Europe and the United States. Your ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders is one of your key strengths. What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end pipeline engine across all sources, including Partners, BDR/SDR, Startup, and AE-sourced leads. You will drive the operational strategy and process governance that ensures predictable pipeline creation and progression. Your responsibilities will include tracking pipeline performance, conducting health assessments, and implementing data-driven strategies to enhance efficiency.

You will collaborate closely with the marketing organization to align on top-of-funnel performance metrics and initiatives. This partnership will involve analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, as well as developing actionable insights that can be shared across teams. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining reliable analytics tools that empower your team to make informed decisions.
