You have 5+ years of experience in product marketing, particularly in technology or software sectors — you've successfully launched and scaled products, translating complex technical concepts into compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences. Your strategic mindset allows you to develop effective go-to-market strategies that drive adoption and engagement. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and sales to ensure alignment and success. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate product value propositions clearly and persuasively to both internal stakeholders and external partners. You are data-driven, using analytics to inform your decisions and measure the impact of your marketing initiatives. You are adaptable and open to feedback, continuously seeking to improve your approach and outcomes.
Experience in AI or productivity tools is a plus, as is familiarity with developer ecosystems and partnerships. A background in user experience or design thinking can enhance your ability to connect with users and understand their needs. You are passionate about technology and its potential to transform how people work and communicate.
In this role, you will define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Superhuman's forthcoming agent platform — this includes positioning, messaging, and launch plans that resonate with developers and partners. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand the technical capabilities of the platform, translating these into compelling narratives that drive adoption. You will work closely with partnerships to identify opportunities for collaboration and integration, ensuring that the platform meets the needs of its users. You will analyze market trends and user feedback to refine your strategies and ensure the platform's success in a competitive landscape. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, coordinating efforts across marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market entry and growth. You will monitor key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of your marketing efforts and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
Superhuman offers a dynamic hybrid working model that balances focus time with in-person collaboration — this approach fosters a strong team culture and encourages innovation. You will be part of a mission-driven company that empowers millions of users to unlock their potential through AI productivity tools. We provide opportunities for professional growth and development, encouraging you to take ownership of your projects and contribute to the company's success.
