You are a proactive individual with a strong customer service orientation, capable of handling HR queries in both Romanian and English. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to learn about HR processes and employee lifecycle management. Your communication skills are excellent, allowing you to effectively assist employees and managers through various channels such as phone, live chat, and email. You are detail-oriented and can identify gaps in documentation and processes, contributing to continuous improvement in customer service.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for employees and managers, addressing their HR-related queries. You will take ownership of each contact, ensuring that issues are resolved with a high degree of customer focus. Your responsibilities will include answering questions related to benefits, payroll, onboarding, and terminations, as well as processing absence reporting requests. You will refer to standard operating procedures and escalate issues when necessary. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with your team to identify areas for improvement in documentation and internal processes, enhancing the overall customer experience.
