Overview

Fresha is seeking a Partner Onboarding Specialist in Manilla who speaks Mandarin or Cantonese. You'll be responsible for ensuring quality and accuracy in data migration for partners joining the Fresha Ecosystem.

Who you are

You are an exceptional communicator fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese, with a keen interest in customer onboarding processes. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working autonomously, taking on challenges with enthusiasm. Your attention to detail ensures that data migration is accurate and efficient, contributing to the seamless integration of partners into the Fresha Ecosystem. You are adaptable and ready to make an impact as part of a growing team.

Desirable

Experience in customer service or onboarding roles is a plus, as is familiarity with marketplace platforms or beauty and wellness industries. You are comfortable using various software tools and have a knack for problem-solving, which helps you navigate the complexities of partner integration.

What you'll do

As a Partner Onboarding Specialist, you will report to the Professional Services Team Lead and collaborate closely with the Business Development and Account Management Teams. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a quality and efficient build for all partners coming onto the Fresha Ecosystem. This includes managing data migration processes through inbound and outbound channels, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date. You will play a crucial role in facilitating a smooth onboarding experience for new partners, helping them leverage the full potential of Fresha's marketplace platform.

You will also be involved in training partners on how to use the Fresha platform effectively, guiding them through the features and functionalities that will help them manage their operations seamlessly. Your role will require you to be proactive in identifying any issues during the onboarding process and working collaboratively with other teams to resolve them quickly. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding processes, providing feedback and suggestions based on your interactions with partners.
