Vestwell is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer to define and lead their enterprise-wide security strategy. You'll be responsible for building and maturing security programs aligned with regulatory requirements. This role requires proven experience in security leadership within the fintech sector.
You are an exceptional security leader with a vision and a pragmatic approach to translating complex risks into business outcomes. With a strong background in building and maturing security programs, you are well-versed in navigating financial services regulatory requirements. You foster a security-first culture across product, engineering, operations, and all corporate functions. You are comfortable in both the Security Operations Center (SOC) and the boardroom, demonstrating fluency in technology and security practices.
In this role, you will define and lead Vestwell's enterprise-wide security strategy, ensuring that security measures are integrated into all aspects of the business. You will influence stakeholders across the company and the Board, advocating for security initiatives that protect customers, partners, and the platform. You will work closely with various teams to implement security frameworks and best practices, ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Your leadership will be crucial in scaling security programs that align with the company's growth and mission.
