Seven Starling is seeking a VP of Sales to enhance their OBGYN referral engine and expand their healthcare services nationwide. This role requires expertise in building clinical referral partnerships and hands-on team leadership.
You are an experienced healthcare sales leader with a proven track record in building clinical referral partnerships. With at least 5 years of experience in sales leadership, you have successfully scaled sales strategies and optimized existing partnerships. You possess a data-driven mindset, using metrics to guide market expansion and performance management. Your hands-on leadership style fosters individual growth and builds a high-performing sales culture. You are mission-driven and passionate about expanding access to women's mental healthcare, understanding the nuances of the healthcare landscape.
Experience in the behavioral health sector or women's health is a plus. Familiarity with healthcare sales processes and the ability to navigate complex healthcare systems will set you apart. You thrive in environments where you can coach and motivate teams, driving them to achieve ambitious sales targets. Your strategic thinking and execution skills allow you to launch new markets effectively while optimizing existing partnerships.
As the VP of Sales at Seven Starling, you will report directly to the CEO and be a key member of the leadership team. Your primary responsibility will be to scale the OBGYN referral engine, enhancing the existing model that connects patients with trusted providers. You will lead the strategy and execution of launching new markets, ensuring that the sales infrastructure evolves to meet the growing demand for women's behavioral health services. You will optimize thousands of existing OBGYN partnerships, ensuring they are effective and mutually beneficial. Your role will involve analyzing market data to inform decisions, forecast sales performance, and maximize ROI. You will also be responsible for mentoring and coaching your sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability. You will work closely with other departments to ensure alignment in strategy and execution, contributing to the overall mission of improving access to mental healthcare for women.
