What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end oversight and coordination of programs that support AppleCare's business strategies. You will manage new product introduction (NPI) project plans, ensuring that all aspects of the project are tracked and communicated effectively. Your role will involve engaging with various partners both upstream and downstream to ensure that project schedules and deliverables are met.

You will investigate and resolve complex product setup and support issues, acting as a key participant in project UATs and systems integration. Your ability to analyze and resolve issues will be crucial, as you will need to sift through large data sets to determine root causes and recommend solutions. You will also identify product and business trends, documenting your findings to inform future strategies.
