Apple is seeking a Program Manager for their AppleCare Systems Readiness Integration team to oversee large-scale programs supporting business strategies and systems requirements. This role requires strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate complex initiatives.
You have a proven track record in project management, particularly in overseeing large-scale, complex programs. Your experience includes managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time and within scope. You are adept at coordinating partner engagement and have a knack for resolving complex issues that arise during project execution. Your analytical skills allow you to investigate and resolve product setup and support issues effectively, and you are comfortable working with large data sets to identify trends and root causes.
You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with diverse teams. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to provide clear project updates and manage stakeholder expectations. You are detail-oriented and organized, with a strong ability to track project timelines and deadlines independently. Experience in the technology sector, particularly with consumer products, is a plus. Familiarity with AppleCare products and services will give you an edge in understanding the nuances of the role. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end oversight and coordination of programs that support AppleCare's business strategies. You will manage new product introduction (NPI) project plans, ensuring that all aspects of the project are tracked and communicated effectively. Your role will involve engaging with various partners both upstream and downstream to ensure that project schedules and deliverables are met.
You will investigate and resolve complex product setup and support issues, acting as a key participant in project UATs and systems integration. Your ability to analyze and resolve issues will be crucial, as you will need to sift through large data sets to determine root causes and recommend solutions. You will also identify product and business trends, documenting your findings to inform future strategies.
