What you'll do

As a Staff Technical Instructor at Databricks, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive technical training programs related to Databricks' products and services. You will collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to assess training needs and create tailored programs that meet those needs. Your role will involve evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through feedback surveys, assessments, and observations, and revising the curriculum as necessary to ensure continuous improvement. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the technical skills and knowledge of the Databricks community, which includes internal teams, partners, and customers. You will also deliver internal sales enablement training targeted at newly hired employees in the Field Engineering organization, ensuring they are well-equipped to succeed in their roles.
