Your technical expertise includes proficiency in Linux and familiarity with various distributions, which you leverage to automate processes and reduce operational overhead. Desirable

Experience with cloud services, particularly AWS, is a plus. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools will help you thrive in this role. You are open to learning new technologies and methodologies that can improve service delivery and operational performance.

What you'll do

As a Systems Development Manager at Amazon, you will lead the Region Services team in developing and deploying operational tools that automate processes and reduce overhead. You will collaborate with engineers to build and manage massively scaled services, ensuring that customer issues are diagnosed and resolved efficiently. Your role will involve tracking the health of services and identifying problems within complex systems, allowing you to implement real solutions rather than quick fixes.
