Bitmovin is a leading global provider of innovative video streaming solutions, and we're excited to announce the next intake AI & Beyond Internship Incubator, a new program dedicated to nurturing the next generation of talent in the field of AI. With the global AI market expected to exceed $800 billion by 2030, Bitmovin is at the forefront of leveraging AI to reshape the future of video streaming.

In 2024, we successfully launched our first AI-powered features for video streaming. Now, we're expanding our AI commitment and inviting students from HTLs and technical universities to join us in this exciting journey. You’ll work on AI-powered software solutions that have a direct impact on Bitmovin’s cutting-edge product development.

The AI & Beyond Internship Incubator offers more than just an internship – it’s a hands-on experience working on real-world AI projects that are shaping the future of video streaming. Exceptional projects will be incorporated into Bitmovin’s products, developed as independent innovations, or showcased at international tradeshows. You’ll also gain access to exclusive lectures on AI and video streaming, hosted at Bitmovin’s offices in Klagenfurt and Vienna

Your Impact
During your internship, you’ll dive into exciting AI-driven projects that revolutionise technology across diverse domains, amplifying innovation and pushing boundaries beyond expectations.

We have a diverse array of projects in mind, yet we are equally eager to hear your ideas. If you're passionate about a particular project or have a concept in mind, we welcome your input and creativity. Let's collaborate to bring your ideas to life!

What to expect:

• Engage in diverse AI-driven projects or pitch and develop your own innovative ideas.
• Collaborate in teams ranging from 1 to 4 members, matched to project needs and your skills.
• Have the opportunity to showcase successful projects at major trade shows in the USA and Europe.
• See your projects integrated into our products or potentially spun out as independent products or even startups.
• Expect bi-weekly guest talks from CEOs, Founders, and Investors in the tech and AI industries, as well as plenty of opportunities to connect with peers and mentors.
• Fun activities like demo days, pizza and beer nights, foosball tournaments, and game evenings – all part of the dynamic internship experience!
• Embark on an exhilarating journey of innovation and potential growth. This could mark the beginning of an extraordinary path forward.

Search our careers page and upload your CV, school certificate (Zeugnis), and a motivation video with your expectations for an internship at Bitmovin. We recommend a minimum of two months to ensure a truly rewarding learning experience.

As part of the application process, we would love to get to know you better through a short video. In this video, we would like to know:

1. "What are your personal goals for this internship, and what skills or experiences do you hope to gain?"
2. "Please tell us about the time you most successfully hacked some (non-computer) system to your advantage."
3. "If you could work on any project related to video or AI, what would it be, and why?"

• Be authentic and showcase your personality.
