This role will lead and scale a product marketing team focused on developing and executing customer acquisition and engagement strategies, with particular emphasis on financial inclusion initiatives in Mexico. They will also drive data-driven marketing programs while managing and developing a team of product marketers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention in the financial inclusion space
* Lead and mentor a team of product marketers, providing clear direction, removing obstacles, and fostering career development
* Design and oversee sophisticated marketing programs incorporating:
- Customer behavioral analytics and research
- Retention strategy and execution
- Personalization and targeting frameworks
- Multi-channel marketing optimization
- Creative and content development
* Partner with senior leadership across Product, UX, Legal, BD, PR, and Engineering to deliver cohesive customer experiences
* Own marketing performance metrics and ROI analysis
* Drive innovation in marketing technology and automation
- Bachelor's degree required
- 8+ years of product marketing experience with 3+ years of people management
- Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing marketing teams
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience in data-driven decision making
- Excellence in cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management
- Deep understanding of marketing technology and digital channels
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Excel Advanced- Experience in product marketing channels, including Amazon Channels and mass media
- Payments industry experience
- Experience finding creative ways to do more with less, and a track record of staying on budget and deliver on time
