Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to help small businesses succeed through a consultative sales approach. You'll have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and receive comprehensive training. This role is ideal for those new to sales or with some experience.

You are looking for a new sales position with unlimited earning potential in a flourishing industry. Whether you have some sales experience or are new to sales, you are eager to learn and grow your career. You are motivated by the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions while still having a base salary. You thrive in a hybrid sales environment, balancing home office work with in-field activities. You enjoy building long-term client relationships and developing a consultative sales approach to help small businesses succeed.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for growing a book of business by helping small businesses succeed. You will become a digital marketing expert, learning how to effectively communicate the value of Hibu's services to potential clients. You will develop a consultative sales approach that focuses on building long-term relationships with clients across a wide variety of industries, making each day different and exciting. You will participate in comprehensive training, including three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training, to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in your role. You will work hard, have fun, and celebrate wins with your local team, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
