Google is seeking a Senior Manager for Strategy and Operations in Large Customer Sales to drive business growth and enable sales execution. You'll leverage your experience in management consulting and sales operations to identify growth opportunities. This role requires 8 years of relevant experience.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory. If you hold an advanced degree, 6 years of experience is acceptable. You have at least 4 years of experience working with executive stakeholders, demonstrating your ability to influence and drive strategic initiatives. A Master's degree is preferred, and you possess experience in business management and Ad sales, showcasing your understanding of the sales landscape.
You are familiar with the GTM function and have experience working with sales or specialist teams. Your understanding of Google's sales processes and tools positions you as a key player in driving operational excellence. You are adept at identifying and eliminating growth blockers, ensuring that the sales team can execute flawlessly and capitalize on opportunities.
In this role, you will be a key partner to the India LCS leaders, with a primary mission to accelerate business growth by enabling flawless sales execution. You will proactively identify growth opportunities across sectors and product areas, ensuring that the LCS strategy and operations pillar effectively supports Google's India business. You will lead and oversee LCS operations across policy, privacy, and collaboration with other functions, such as gTech or marketing.
Your responsibilities will include driving the adoption of AI-powered tools to transform the Google Sales function, contributing to the development of the India LCS annual plan, and overseeing channel management. You will work closely with executive stakeholders to develop strategy, drive key priorities, and enable sales operations, thereby delivering growth. Your insights will help shape the direction of the LCS business, ensuring that it remains a strategic partner and thought leader to the world's leading brands and agencies.
