You are an enthusiastic and energetic team player who is self-motivated and ready to take on the responsibilities of maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of vehicles. You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and are eager to contribute to a positive experience for customers visiting Carvana. You possess a valid driver’s license and are able to read, write, speak, and understand English. You are at least 18 years of age and ready to embark on a career in the automotive retail industry.

What you'll do

As a Lot Attendant at Carvana, you will be responsible for ensuring that each vehicle is inspected for any mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns. You will wash and vacuum all inventory on a regular basis to maintain a high standard of cleanliness. Additionally, you will complete multi-point inspections on arriving inventory, which includes checking fuel levels, safety features, and conducting drivability tests. You will coordinate with fellow employees to ensure timely deliveries and uphold the highest level of customer satisfaction. This role is part-time, allowing you to balance work with other commitments while still being a vital part of the Carvana team.

What we offer

Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $16/hr, with the potential for increases based on performance. You can progress from $16/hr to $17/hr within your first year through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program, which provides merit opportunities every 90 days.
