You have a proven track record in security management, with extensive experience in overseeing physical security operations at data centers. Your leadership skills are exceptional, allowing you to effectively manage a team of Security Managers and ensure the safety and security of the facility. You understand the importance of compliance with standards such as SOC1, SOC2, and ISO27001, and you are adept at implementing processes that adhere to these requirements. Your ability to build relationships with internal and external partners is key to maintaining a secure environment.
You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to conduct thorough risk assessments and manage security audits effectively. Your experience includes managing access control systems, vendor performance, and contract management, ensuring that all security measures are executed efficiently. You are detail-oriented and capable of reporting security metrics that inform decision-making and enhance operational security.
Experience in a fast-paced environment like Amazon is a plus, as is familiarity with security technologies such as CCTV monitoring and media security. You are comfortable working closely with various teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, demonstrating your ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities.
As the Cluster Security Manager, you will be responsible for the overall physical security of Amazon's data centers. This includes managing a team of Security Managers who oversee on-site operations, ensuring that all security protocols are followed. You will implement and maintain access control systems, manage the guard force, and oversee vendor relationships to ensure compliance with security standards.
Your role will involve conducting risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions. You will be responsible for incident reporting and ensuring that all security incidents are documented and addressed promptly.
