Emburse is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to lead the strategy and development of RFx responses and security questionnaires. You'll collaborate with various departments to deliver compelling proposals that highlight Emburse's value. Experience in the Travel and Expense industry is preferred.
You have a strong background in proposal management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in leading proposal strategies and developing high-impact responses. Your expertise allows you to navigate complex RFx processes and ensure compliance with all requirements. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent writing skills, enabling you to create persuasive content that resonates with prospective customers. Your experience in the Travel and Expense industry gives you a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities within this sector. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. You are comfortable operating with significant autonomy and are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
In this role, you will lead the strategy, development, and delivery of RFx responses and security questionnaires for Emburse's most complex and strategic opportunities. You will act as the proposal subject matter expert, ensuring that all submissions are compliant and showcase Emburse's competitive differentiation. You will partner closely with Sales, Product, Security, Legal, Marketing, and Finance teams to gather necessary information and insights for your proposals. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders will be crucial in aligning proposal content with Emburse's value proposition. You will also be responsible for maintaining a repository of proposal content and continuously improving the proposal process based on feedback and best practices. Your contributions will directly impact Emburse's growth and success in the market.
