ESO is seeking a Regional Account Executive for the Fire/EMS market to manage new business sales in Texas and Arkansas. You'll focus on prospecting and networking to meet sales goals. This role requires 3-5 years of enterprise sales experience.
You have 3-5 years of enterprise or outside sales experience, thriving on hunting and uncovering new business opportunities. You possess a team seller mentality and a strategic sales mindset, adept at forecasting sales opportunities with high accuracy. Flexibility is key, as you will be required to travel 50% of the time to engage with clients and prospects. Your ability to meet and exceed quotas is a testament to your dedication and skill in sales.
As a Regional Account Executive, you will manage the sales process for new business sales within the Fire/EMS market, focusing on new logo acquisition. You will develop and manage a sales pipeline for assigned named accounts in your region, crafting strategic sales strategies tailored to prospective agencies or departments. Your day-to-day will involve consistent regional engagement, onsite meetings, and networking with key decision-makers and industry partners. You will demonstrate ESO products through meetings and sales presentations, engaging subject matter experts as needed. Leading and supporting contract negotiations will be part of your role, driving sales opportunities to closure while accurately forecasting and managing your sales pipeline using CRM tools.
