As a Sales Development Representative at Box, you will work closely with Account Executives to identify and qualify leads. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential clients, understand their needs, and effectively communicate how Box's solutions can meet those needs. You will engage in meaningful conversations with prospects, helping them navigate their challenges and showcasing the value of our Intelligent Content Management platform. You will also collaborate with the Marketing department to ensure that leads are effectively managed and nurtured throughout the sales funnel. Your role will involve tracking your interactions and progress in our CRM system, ensuring that you maintain accurate records of your outreach efforts. You will participate in training sessions and mentorship programs to develop your sales skills and knowledge of the industry. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to generate qualified leads and contribute to the overall sales goals of the company.
