Zscaler is seeking a Principal Solutions Specialist to drive customer engagement and support the implementation of their Zero Trust Exchange platform. This role requires expertise in cybersecurity and cloud solutions, with a focus on customer success.
You have extensive experience in cybersecurity and cloud solutions, ideally with a strong background in Zero Trust principles. Your ability to engage with customers and understand their needs is paramount, as you will be responsible for driving customer success and satisfaction. You thrive in collaborative environments and are skilled at building trusted partnerships with clients and internal teams alike. Your analytical mindset allows you to solve complex challenges effectively, and you are driven by a purpose to make a positive impact on a global scale. You are comfortable navigating technical discussions and can articulate the value of Zscaler's solutions to diverse audiences.
Experience with cloud-native security solutions and familiarity with the Zscaler platform will be advantageous. A background in sales or customer success roles within the technology sector will also be beneficial. In this role, you will be at the forefront of Zscaler's customer engagement efforts, working closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and how Zscaler's solutions can address them. You will collaborate with the Sales and Go-to-Market team to demonstrate the power of Zscaler's cloud transformation capabilities. Your responsibilities will include conducting product demonstrations, providing technical guidance, and ensuring successful implementation of Zscaler's solutions. You will also play a key role in gathering customer feedback to inform product development and enhancements. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner will be essential as you work to build strong relationships with customers.
