WPP is seeking a Senior User Researcher to shape the user experience of their GenAI-powered marketing platform. You'll play a key role in capturing insights into user behaviors and needs. This position requires expertise in user research methodologies.
You have extensive experience in user research, ideally with a focus on digital products and platforms. Your background includes a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, enabling you to capture deep insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points. You are skilled in conducting qualitative and quantitative research, and you can translate findings into actionable recommendations that influence product direction. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that user insights are integrated into the design and development process. You are passionate about improving user experiences and have a keen interest in how technology can enhance creativity and productivity.
Experience with generative AI technologies or platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with data analysis tools that can help you interpret user research findings. You may also have experience in mentoring junior researchers or leading research initiatives within a larger team.
In this role, you will co-create and scale WPP's user research practice, playing a foundational role in the digital transformation of their marketing platform. You will be responsible for designing and conducting user research studies, including usability testing, interviews, and surveys, to gather insights that inform product development. Your work will directly influence the design and functionality of the platform, ensuring it meets the needs of its users effectively. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to integrate user feedback into the development cycle, helping to drive behavioral change and improve user satisfaction.
