You have extensive experience in program management, particularly within talent acquisition, and a proven track record of optimizing recruitment processes. Your analytical skills allow you to build and maintain comprehensive reporting systems that track key metrics such as funnel health and candidate satisfaction. You excel in collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring that all hiring processes run smoothly and efficiently. You are adept at identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions that enhance the overall candidate experience. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels makes you a valuable partner in driving operational excellence across recruiting teams.
Experience in the tech industry or with AI/ML roles is a plus, as it will help you understand the unique challenges and requirements of recruiting in this space. Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms will enable you to leverage technology effectively in your role. A background in data analysis or reporting will further enhance your ability to provide insights that drive decision-making.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining global talent acquisition reporting and analytics. You will track key metrics related to recruitment funnel health, speed, and candidate satisfaction, providing insights that help improve the hiring process. You will partner directly with vertical recruiting leaders across Tech, GTM, Product, and G&A to ensure that recruiting programs and processes are aligned and effective. Your focus will be on process optimization, ensuring that recruiters and hiring managers can make informed decisions quickly and efficiently. You will also play a key role in enhancing the candidate experience, ensuring that all candidates have a positive interaction with Nebius throughout the hiring process.
