Fullscript is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead critical security programs, collaborating with various teams to ensure effective execution and scaling of security initiatives. This role requires strong organizational skills and experience in security engineering and compliance.
You have a strong background in program management, particularly in the realm of security, with a proven track record of leading complex projects that require cross-functional collaboration. You understand the intricacies of security engineering and compliance, and you can navigate the challenges that come with aligning multiple teams towards shared goals. Experience in health technology or a related field would be a plus, as it would provide you with context for the unique challenges faced in this industry. Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards and frameworks is also advantageous, as it will help you navigate the compliance landscape effectively.
In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and scaling of security programs at Fullscript. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that security initiatives are aligned with business objectives and that they are executed efficiently. Your responsibilities will include defining the operating model for security programs, establishing clear processes, and ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
You will be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks associated with security initiatives, ensuring that the organization remains compliant with relevant regulations and standards. Your ability to analyze complex security challenges and develop actionable plans will be crucial to your success in this role.
