Carvana is seeking an Auto Painter to join their team in Tolleson, AZ. You'll be responsible for priming vehicles, performing final sanding, and executing painting tasks. This role requires a minimum of 1 year of professional automotive painting experience.
You have at least 1 year of professional automotive painting experience and are eager to join a fast-growing company like Carvana. You understand the importance of quality in automotive painting and are committed to delivering exceptional results. You are a team player who is willing to work mandatory overtime based on business needs, ensuring that customer expectations are met. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
While not required, any additional certifications or training in automotive painting techniques would be a plus. Experience with state-of-the-art painting tools and technologies is also beneficial, as it will help you adapt quickly to our high-tech Inspection Centers.
As an Auto Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for priming vehicles and performing final sanding before the painting process begins. You will also engage in buffing, touch-up work, paint mixing, and airbrush techniques to ensure that each vehicle meets our high standards of quality. Your role is crucial in maintaining the aesthetic appeal of our vehicles, which directly impacts customer satisfaction.
