Overview

Rubrik is seeking a Senior Manager for CXO Customer Advocacy to lead executive advocacy programs that enhance relationships with enterprise accounts. This role focuses on building strategic connections with C-level executives and requires strong leadership and organizational skills.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in customer advocacy and engagement, ideally with experience in managing executive relationships. Your ability to shape and scale programs that connect C-level executives with leadership is essential. You operate with polish and precision, demonstrating a strong bias for action in your approach to building relationships and driving engagement.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with high-level executives and influence their perceptions of the brand. Your strategic thinking enables you to design impactful programs that resonate with customer needs and align with business objectives. You are adept at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining a focus on quality and results.

Desirable

Experience in data security or cloud management is a plus, as is familiarity with executive sponsorship programs. A background in building customer advisory boards or similar initiatives will set you apart. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a customer-centric focus.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design, launch, and manage Rubrik’s Executive Sponsorship Program, strategically connecting C-level customer executives with Rubrik leadership. This initiative aims to ensure deeper alignment, relationship health, and account growth. You will own and operate Rubrik’s Customer Advisory Boards from strategic planning and recruitment to content design and post-event engagement, ensuring that agendas influence product strategy and drive C-level relationships.

You will build and maintain a robust executive reference system by vertical and region, partnering with sales to match the right advocate to key opportunities. Your leadership will be crucial in shaping flagship programs that fuel pipeline growth, reinforce brand credibility, and deepen relationships with enterprise accounts. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product development and strategic planning.
