Job Description

Transform Learning Experiences and Drive Organizational Excellence in Delivery Services

Imagine being the catalyst for learning and development that propels an entire operations team forward. As our Learning Program Manager, you'll design transformative training strategies that not only meet business objectives but set new industry standards for employee growth and performance.

A Day in the Life
Your day will be a dynamic blend of strategic planning, collaborative problem-solving, and innovative learning design. You'll craft comprehensive training programs, engage with cross-functional teams, and create learning experiences that empower our delivery services professionals to excel.

About the Team
We are a passionate group dedicated to continuous improvement and organizational development. Our team believes in creating learning environments that foster growth, innovation, and exceptional performance across all levels of the organization.

This role is 12 months contract

Key job responsibilities
Design and Implement Strategic Learning Initiatives: Develop comprehensive training programs that support employee development and business objectives

Manage Change and Communication: Lead programmatic changes from conception to implementation, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder alignment

Drive Continuous Improvement: Analyze training data, track skill progression, and recommend innovative learning strategies

Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with managers and teams to standardize training methodologies and best practices

Create Impactful Learning Content: Develop multi-media instructional materials that engage and educate our workforce- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
