What you'll do

As a Senior Product Manager at Superhuman, you will lead the Integration Agents team in developing and enhancing AI-driven tools that integrate seamlessly with over 1 million applications. You will own the product roadmap, prioritizing features that align with user needs and business goals. Collaborating closely with engineering and design teams, you will ensure that product features are delivered on time and meet quality standards. You will conduct user research to gather insights and validate product concepts, using data to inform decision-making and drive product improvements.

You will also be responsible for defining success metrics for your products and tracking performance against these metrics. Engaging with users and stakeholders, you will gather feedback to iterate on product features and enhance user satisfaction. You will play a key role in coordinating go-to-market strategies and ensuring that all teams are aligned on product launches. Your leadership will help foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team, driving the mission of unlocking superhuman potential through AI.
