Flex is seeking a Lead Product Manager for their Housing team to manage the end-to-end product lifecycle and drive innovative features for renters. This role requires strong leadership and product strategy skills.
You have a proven track record of managing product lifecycles, ideally in the FinTech space, with a focus on user experience and problem-solving. You are user-obsessed and have the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable product strategies. Your leadership skills shine as you guide cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features that enhance the rental experience. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable making data-driven decisions to prioritize product development. You understand the importance of collaboration and communication, working closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals. You are passionate about empowering users and have a strong desire to make a difference in the rental market.
In this role, you will own the product strategy and roadmap for a critical area of the rental experience, from discovery and search to application and payment. You will lead a dedicated cross-functional team, ensuring that innovative features are shipped on time and meet user needs. Your responsibilities will include defining product priorities, driving execution from concept to launch, and iterating based on user feedback. You will conduct user research to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement, ensuring that the product evolves to meet the changing needs of renters. You will also collaborate with marketing and other teams to align product features with go-to-market strategies, ensuring a seamless user experience. Your role will be high-impact and high-visibility, directly shaping the future of Flex's product offerings.
