What you'll do

As a Risk Operations Analyst at Xendit, you will perform various merchant risk management activities, including investigating merchant-related risk alerts and reviewing requests for activating features and channels. You will be responsible for updating transaction privileges and responding to risk-related queries from merchants and internal stakeholders. Your role will also involve managing operational tasks such as chargeback responses and onboarding due diligence. You will collaborate with different teams to ensure that risk management processes are efficient and effective, contributing to the overall success of the company. You will be expected to adapt to changing priorities and take initiative in addressing challenges as they arise.
