What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the development and execution of training programs designed to equip Associate Solutions Engineers with hands-on experience in technical domains. You will manage the progress of ASEs through their training, ensuring they gain the necessary skills to succeed in building technical solutions. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with seasoned Solutions Engineers to develop training materials and mentorship programs that align with the needs of the ASEs.

You will facilitate training sessions, workshops, and hands-on activities that promote learning and skill development. Monitoring the progress of ASEs will be a key part of your role, as you will provide feedback and support to help them achieve their training goals. You will also be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making adjustments as needed to ensure continuous improvement.

Additionally, you will work closely with other departments to ensure that the training programs align with the overall goals of the organization. Your ability to foster a positive learning environment will be crucial in helping ASEs feel supported and empowered throughout their training journey.
