You understand the importance of maintaining operational efficiency during unexpected events and have a proven track record of managing complex projects. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. You are detail-oriented and can navigate the intricacies of safety regulations and policies related to autonomous vehicles. You thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing on-site presence with remote collaboration. You are adaptable and can pivot quickly in response to changing circumstances, ensuring that business continuity plans are always up to date.

Desirable

You will work closely with the Safety team to align safety strategies with business continuity efforts, ensuring that safety is prioritized in all operational decisions. You will also engage with external stakeholders, including regulatory authorities and public organizations, to promote Waymo's safety initiatives and policies. Your role will require you to analyze data and feedback from incidents to continuously improve the business continuity framework.
