Overview

UpGuard is seeking an Account Manager to focus on revenue retention and expansion within key accounts. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure clients see continuous value from the platform. This role requires a strong commercial background, ideally with experience in SaaS renewals.

Who you are

You have a strong commercial mindset and a passion for helping others — your experience as an Account Executive or in SaaS renewals has equipped you with the skills to identify opportunities for account expansion. You excel at building long-lasting relationships with clients and understand their unique business needs, which is essential for achieving growth objectives. Your ability to navigate complex client relationships will be key in ensuring that our customers thrive throughout their journeys with UpGuard. You are proactive in solving problems and consistently think outside the box to meet customer challenges. You are driven by results and have a track record of revenue growth within existing client bases.

Desirable

Experience in cybersecurity or related fields would be a plus, as it will help you understand the specific needs of our clients. Familiarity with contract negotiation and strategic account management will also enhance your effectiveness in this role. You are comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that clients receive continuous value from our platform. You are adaptable and open to learning, which will help you grow in this position.

What you'll do

As an Account Manager at UpGuard, you will focus on revenue retention and expansion within our key accounts. You will work closely with our Success team to ensure that our clients see continuous value from our integrated cyber risk posture management platform. Your role will involve strategic account management, where you will identify opportunities to elevate product adoption and drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for contract negotiation and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and challenges are addressed promptly. You will collaborate with various teams within UpGuard to deliver exceptional service and support to our clients. Your ability to understand and navigate complex client relationships will be essential in achieving our growth objectives. You will also be expected to provide feedback to the product team based on client interactions, helping to shape the future of our offerings.
