PROCEPT BioRobotics is hiring a Strategic Initiatives Sales Representative to drive capital upgrades and expand adoption within Federal Government Veterans Affairs hospitals. This role requires strong sales skills and the ability to build advocacy networks.
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in complex capital sales cycles, and understand the nuances of working with healthcare institutions. You excel at building relationships with senior stakeholders and have experience in driving product adoption in a competitive market. Your ability to communicate effectively with clinicians and hospital leadership sets you apart, as you serve as a trusted advisor in the sales process. You are results-driven and thrive in environments where you can champion innovative solutions that improve patient care.
Experience in the medical device industry or familiarity with surgical robotics is a plus. You may also have a background in working with Federal Government contracts or Veterans Affairs hospitals, which would enhance your ability to navigate this specific market.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving capital upgrades from AquaBeam® Systems to the Hydros™ platform. You will partner closely with the Capital team and the Strategic Initiatives Director to establish Aquablation® as the treatment of choice for men with benign prostatic hyperplasia. Your responsibilities will include leading complex sales cycles, executing innovative pilots, and building advocacy networks within hospitals to ensure sustained growth and market share expansion. You will also collaborate with various teams to align on strategies that enhance product visibility and adoption.
