What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for presenting the latest features of Ivalua's procurement application to clients, ensuring they are fully aware of the capabilities available to them. You will identify gaps between the client's existing application and the targeted outcomes, providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience. You will work closely with the Customer Support team to ensure that clients receive the highest level of service post go-live. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders across EMEA, AMER, and APAC regions to drive customer satisfaction and retention. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of the application by gathering feedback from clients and relaying it to the development team.
