Job Description

We are looking for a Content Coordinator to build and maintain the content foundation that powers TouchBistro’s AI-driven support experiences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys simplifying complex information, has strong technical writing skills, and thrives at the intersection of content strategy, product knowledge, and operational excellence.

You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of AI-support content, including research, drafting, structuring, tagging, quality assurance, and ongoing optimization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, curious, and comfortable partnering across departments to ensure every AI-generated response is accurate, helpful, and aligned with TouchBistro’s standards.

Your Impact

  • Create and maintain clear, accurate product-support and workflow documentation designed for conversational AI interactions
  • Translate internal resources such as KB articles, SOPs, release notes, and troubleshooting guides into structured, AI-ready content
  • Identify content gaps and proactively develop new materials to support evolving features and customer needs
  • Apply metadata frameworks including tags, categories, intents, and versions to improve retrieval and context within AI systems
  • Audit and update content to reflect new releases, workflow updates, terminology changes, and policy revisions
  • Monitor chatbot performance and identify opportunities to improve accuracy, deflection, and customer experience
  • Validate AI responses for correctness, tone, clarity, and alignment with support practices
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, Operations, L&D, and AI Systems to maintain a single source of truth for support content
  • Support the development of standards, style guides, and processes that help scale our AI knowledge ecosystem

What You Bring

  • You have 2 to 4 years of experience in content management, technical writing, enablement, or knowledge operations.
  • You are a strong writer and editor with the ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • You have experience managing content lifecycles and working with multiple stakeholders across the business.
  • You are familiar with conversational AI tools, knowledge bases, structured content formats, or metadata systems.
  • You bring high attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and clarity.
  • You may have experience with AI grounding, JSON, tagging frameworks, SaaS support environments, or platforms such as Salesforce, Gainsight, or Zendesk.
  • You may also have an understanding of restaurant technology, POS systems, or customer support workflows.

As part of Ontario’s Pay Transparency requirements, TouchBistro is committed to open and equitable compensation practices. Our salary bands are designed to reflect the range of skills and experience needed for the position and to allow room for growth. The final offer amount for this role will depend on geographical region, applicable experience, and the skillset of the candidate.

Salary is based on relevant skills, experience, and internal equity. This posting reflects an existing vacancy. Artificial intelligence (AI) tools may be used to support parts of the recruitment and selection process; however, all hiring decisions are made by our hiring managers and recruitment team.

Salary Range
$65,000—$80,000 CAD
