NICE is seeking a Security Engagement Manager to act as a liaison between technical security teams and customers in the UK. You'll focus on vulnerability remediation and security posture assessments. This role requires strong communication and security management skills.
You have a strong background in security management, with experience in vulnerability remediation and security posture assessments. You understand the importance of transparency and trust in customer relationships, and you excel at communicating complex security concepts in a clear and concise manner. Your ability to track and report on security vulnerabilities using structured formats like POA&M demonstrates your attention to detail and commitment to accountability. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with technical teams to ensure security measures are effectively implemented and communicated.

As the UK Sovereign Security Engagement Manager, you will serve as the primary liaison between technical security teams and customers, ensuring that security postures are clearly communicated and understood. You will collaborate closely with UK Sovereign technical teams to assess and understand the current security posture of environments, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring that vulnerabilities are addressed in a timely manner.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining and presenting vulnerability remediation status in a structured POA&M format, tracking progress against agreed timelines, and ensuring accountability among responsible parties. You will identify and report potential security alerts to customers in accordance with contractual and compliance requirements, ensuring that they are informed of any risks that may affect their operations.
In addition, you will prepare and deliver monthly security status updates to customers, providing insights into the progress of scheduled remediation items and fostering a culture of transparency and trust. Your role will be critical in building strong relationships with customers, as you will be their main point of contact for security-related inquiries and concerns.
