Affirm is seeking a Client Success Manager to manage and expand a portfolio of ISV partners. You'll focus on driving growth outcomes and executing go-to-market strategies. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a results-oriented mindset.
You have a proven track record in client success or account management, ideally with experience in managing partnerships and driving growth. You excel at building trusted relationships with partners and have a knack for identifying new opportunities that align with business objectives. Your analytical mindset allows you to monitor performance metrics and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams to achieve shared goals. You are results-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can make a tangible impact on business growth. You understand the importance of communication and can articulate strategies effectively to both internal teams and external partners.
Experience in the fintech industry or with ISV partnerships would be a plus. Familiarity with go-to-market strategies and performance optimization techniques will help you excel in this role.
In this role, you will own and grow a portfolio of ISV partners, focusing on expanding business value and driving new merchant acquisition. You will identify new opportunities within existing relationships that align with Affirm's growth objectives. Your responsibilities will include executing tailored go-to-market strategies for each ISV, negotiating agreements to support evolving business needs, and building trusted relationships within partner organizations. You will monitor and optimize ISV performance from launch through their lifecycle, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators and strategic goals. Acting as an internal advocate for partners, you will uphold high standards for performance and innovation. Collaboration will be key as you work closely with Strategic Partnerships, Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to support roadmaps and campaigns that enhance the success of strategic partners.
