HubSpot is hiring a Partner Specialist - French Speaking to identify and recruit high-value partners for their Solutions Partner Program. You'll leverage consultative selling skills and HubSpot's CRM tools to drive partner acquisition. This role requires strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and expertise in HubSpot's software.

Who you are

You have experience in partner management and consultative selling, ideally with a background in software or technology solutions. You are fluent in French and possess strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with potential partners and understand their business needs. You are adept at using CRM tools and AI prospecting methods to build a quality pipeline of prospective partners. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales and partnerships teams to achieve common goals. You are results-driven and have a track record of successfully closing deals and developing long-term relationships with partners. You are passionate about helping businesses grow and understand the value of strategic partnerships.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and closing good fit partners for HubSpot as part of the HubSpot Solutions Partner Program. You will create a quality pipeline of potential upmarket partner acquisitions using HubSpot’s own CRM and AI prospecting tools. You will dissect a partner's business goals, identify any business pain associated with not joining the program, and help them develop a better plan for achieving growth. You will become an expert at presenting how the loop marketing methodology and HubSpot's software can help partners improve their business fundamentals. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including the Head of Acquisition & Growth and regional sales leads, to support the acquisition process. Your role will involve guiding prospective partners through the sales process and demonstrating the value of HubSpot's offerings.
