In this role, you will partner with the Chief of Staff and the Corporate Vice President to drive critical operational work within the Teams Engineering organization. You will oversee budget management and headcount planning, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to meet organizational goals. You will facilitate product reviews and planning sessions, helping to align the leadership team on key initiatives. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders across Engineering, Program/Product Management, Data Science, and Applied Science to ensure successful delivery of Teams Core deliverables. You will be responsible for maintaining the rhythm of the business, ensuring that all operational processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will also play a key role in fostering a positive organizational culture, promoting inclusivity and teamwork.
