As a Technical Support Engineer at Datadog, you will engage with customers through various channels, including a ticketing system, live chat, and screensharing tools. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and resolve technical support requests while educating clients on how to effectively use the Datadog platform. You will reproduce technical issues and dive deep into Datadog’s extensive integrations, becoming demo certified to lead product demonstrations for customers. You will also participate in product discussions with internal teams based on feedback gathered from client interactions, ensuring that customer insights are integrated into product development. Your role will involve training to become a highly knowledgeable specialist in one or more areas of Datadog's product offerings, contributing to the overall success of the Technical Solutions team.
