Overview

Grammarly is seeking a Senior Equity Operations Manager to lead the execution of their global equity program. You'll collaborate closely with Legal, People, and external advisors to ensure compliance and operational excellence. This role requires experience in equity administration or finance.

Who you are

You are a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in equity operations, legal, or finance. With at least 5 years of experience, you have a proven track record in equity administration, M&A, or cap table management. You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to take ownership of projects that drive organizational success. Your ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including Legal and People, sets you apart as a candidate who can navigate complex compliance landscapes. You are passionate about scaling equity programs and understand the nuances of operational execution in a global context.

Desirable

Experience with equity management software and familiarity with compliance regulations will be advantageous. You are comfortable working in a hybrid model and can adapt to both remote and in-person collaboration. Your strong communication skills enable you to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders at all levels. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and are committed to fostering a culture of trust and innovation within your team.

What you'll do

As the Senior Equity Operations Manager, you will lead the technical and operational execution of Superhuman's global equity program. You will work closely with the VP of Corporate Development and Investor Relations to ensure that all equity-related processes are compliant and efficient. Your role will involve managing the cap table, overseeing equity administration, and collaborating with external advisors to align on best practices. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance the equity program's effectiveness and scalability. Additionally, you will provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on data analysis and industry trends.
