About This Opportunity:
We are looking for a Solutions Architect who is a master at blending technical expertise with excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our sales team to gather requirements and solve complex problems for our customers. As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for both pre and post-sales activities, ensuring the success of our customers throughout their journey with us.
In this role, you will leverage your industry knowledge to serve as an expert and consultant throughout the sales process, and you will also work closely with our pre-sales solution consultants and customer success teams to ensure our customers receive ongoing support and guidance and represent Docebo as a trusted advisor. You will be a master communicator, able to explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
To be successful in this role, you will have deep knowledge of our solutions portfolio, spanning across solution design, architecture, deployment, and roll-out. You will understand SaaS architectures, APIs and integration frameworks, data privacy, and security standards and compliance standards/regulations.
