You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive painting experience, demonstrating your ability to match and mix paint colors effectively. Your expertise in using water-based paint ensures high-quality finishes on vehicles, contributing to Carvana's commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. You are a team player who is willing to work mandatory overtime based on business needs, showing your dedication to meeting customer expectations. You possess a valid driver’s license and can read, write, speak, and understand English, which are essential for communication and collaboration within the team.
While not required, any additional certifications or training in automotive painting techniques would be a plus. Familiarity with state-of-the-art tools and equipment used in high-tech inspection centers can enhance your effectiveness in this role.
