Who you are

You are an entry-level professional with a minimum of 6 months of experience in automotive prepping. You have a keen eye for detail and are eager to learn and grow within the automotive industry. You are comfortable working with various tools and equipment used in vehicle preparation for paint. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English. You are ready to embrace the training programs offered to enhance your skills and career progression.

Desirable

While not required, any additional experience in auto body repair or familiarity with automotive paint processes will be beneficial. A willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies in vehicle preparation is a plus.

What you'll do

As an Entry-level Cosmetic Inspection Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for prepping vehicles for paint. This includes tasks such as sanding, masking, taping, bagging, and unbagging vehicles. You will work in a high-tech Inspection Center, utilizing state-of-the-art tools to ensure that vehicles are ready for cosmetic paintwork. You will collaborate with experienced technicians and participate in training programs designed to enhance your skills and knowledge in automotive repair. Your role will contribute to maintaining the quality and appearance of vehicles, ensuring they meet Carvana's high standards before reaching customers.
