Phoenix is seeking an Intermediate Creative Strategist to enhance their growth through high-performing ads. You'll conduct media analysis and collaborate with teams to execute growth experiments across various paid channels. This role requires a solid foundation in growth marketing.
You have a solid growth marketing foundation and enjoy translating insights into compelling creative across paid social platforms like Meta, Reddit, and TikTok. You thrive in a fast-moving, AI-forward digital health environment and are eager to see the direct impact of your work. You understand customer personas, pain points, and motivations, which informs your creative strategies. You are comfortable conducting media and market analysis to maintain and scale creative output across paid channels. You have experience executing and managing creative testing, ensuring that top-performing concepts remain in regular rotation. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with strategists, media buyers, and lifecycle marketers.
In this role, you will support the maintenance of an evergreen creative engine, ensuring that high-performing concepts and formats are regularly utilized. You will execute and manage a steady pipeline of creative testing across various paid social channels, including Meta, Reddit, and TikTok. You will develop and contribute to creative briefs, supporting the creative production process to ensure quality and consistency across deliverables. You will partner with media buyers to align creative testing with campaign objectives and performance insights. Your role will involve conducting media and market analysis to inform creative strategies and help scale the company's growth initiatives. You will also be responsible for developing a deeper understanding of what motivates purchase decisions in your category, allowing you to create more effective advertising campaigns.
