TripActions is seeking a Content & Creative Operations Specialist to lead project workflows and ensure efficient campaign execution. You'll work with tools like Asana to manage creative timelines and collaborate across teams. This role requires strong organizational skills and experience in content operations.
You have a strong background in content and creative operations, with experience managing project workflows from concept to launch. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are skilled at ensuring that all deliverables align with business goals. Your organizational skills are top-notch, and you excel at keeping projects on track while maintaining creative integrity. You are a natural networker, able to communicate effectively across teams and act as a bridge between different departments. You have a hands-on approach and are not just a task-tracker; you are a systems architect who makes things happen. You are comfortable using project management tools like Asana to optimize resources and timelines, ensuring that your team meets the demands of a fast-paced environment.
Experience in marketing or creative roles is a plus, as is familiarity with data-driven decision-making processes. You are always looking for ways to innovate and improve workflows, using data to suggest enhancements that benefit the entire team.
In this role, you will lead the end-to-end execution of content and creative campaigns, ensuring that all projects move efficiently from concept to completion. You will manage creative timelines in Asana, assessing the bandwidth of designers, copywriters, and motion designers to meet project demands. You will act as the primary point of contact for communications within and outside of the Creative team, keeping priorities aligned and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed. Quality assurance will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you will ensure that all assets are delivered to spec and without errors. You will also play a crucial role in process innovation, helping the Content & Creative team improve by streamlining workflows and leveraging data to enhance project outcomes.
