Amazon is seeking a Senior GenAI / Agentic AI Sales Manager to drive revenue growth through innovative AI solutions. You'll leverage your technical AI knowledge to support customers in adopting advanced technologies. This role requires strong sales acumen and a customer-centric approach.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in sales, particularly in technology or AI, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Your technical knowledge of AI, especially Generative AI and Agentic AI, allows you to effectively communicate complex concepts to customers and translate them into business value. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with diverse stakeholders to ensure customer success and satisfaction. Your outcomes-focused approach drives you to develop thoughtful account plans and territory strategies that align with customer goals. You are adept at maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and guiding customers through the entire sales cycle, from discovery to agreement.

Desirable

Experience in the cloud computing industry, particularly with AWS, is a plus. Familiarity with foundation models and large language models (LLMs) will enhance your ability to engage with customers effectively. You are comfortable navigating complex AI adoption journeys and have a knack for identifying opportunities that drive revenue growth.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support the achievement of sales targets by developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of opportunities. You will partner closely with customers to understand their unique goals and challenges, ensuring that you can provide tailored solutions that leverage AWS's AI capabilities. Your responsibilities will include creating detailed account plans and territory strategies in collaboration with internal teams, while also maintaining accurate forecasting to track progress against sales targets. You will guide customers through the end-to-end sales cycle, ensuring a seamless experience from initial discovery through to agreement.

You will also play a key role in educating customers about the innovative uses of Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies, helping them to understand the potential business value these solutions can deliver. Your ability to communicate technical concepts clearly will be essential in building trust and credibility with customers. As you work to drive adoption at scale, you will collaborate with various stakeholders within AWS to ensure that customer needs are met and that they receive the best possible support throughout their journey.
