HubSpot is hiring a Mid-Market Account Executive to engage with small to medium-sized businesses and drive growth through proactive selling strategies. This role requires fluency in English and French, along with experience in a complex selling environment.
You have 3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role, demonstrating your ability to meet and exceed targets consistently. Your professional fluency in both English and French allows you to communicate effectively with diverse clients. You have a proven track record of presenting and pitching to C-level executives, showcasing your ability to navigate complex selling environments with confidence.
Your experience in digital transformation and change management positions you as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them understand the value of the HubSpot platform. You are goal-oriented and have a history of overachieving on monthly and annual targets, which speaks to your dedication and drive.
You are trained and/or certified in a standardized sales method, such as Sandler, which equips you with the skills to run qualification calls and close deals effectively. Your ability to manage a monthly and annual pipeline, along with proven accuracy in forecasting, sets you apart as a reliable sales professional.
As a Mid-Market Account Executive at HubSpot, you will be responsible for developing and executing your own territory business plan, identifying new prospects from both inbound and self-sourced leads. You will engage directly with small to medium-sized businesses, helping them grow by utilizing proactive and inbound selling strategies. Your role will involve running qualification calls with C-level executives and department leaders, ensuring that you understand their needs and can tailor your approach accordingly.
You will close both new business and install base at or above quota on a monthly cadence, demonstrating your ability to drive results. Collaborating with HubSpot's marketing and technology departments, you will evolve the sales strategy as new features and products are introduced, ensuring that you remain at the forefront of industry developments.
Your responsibilities will also include running online and occasionally in-person product demonstrations, showcasing the capabilities of the HubSpot platform to potential clients. You will work collaboratively with internal champions to sell through multiple stakeholders, ensuring that you build strong relationships that facilitate long-term success.
