Dropbox is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide programs and initiatives within the CTO team. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to define and execute clear roadmaps while utilizing program management tools like Jira, Airtable, and Asana. This role requires strong technical experience and excellent stakeholder management skills.
You have a strong background in technical program management, with at least 5 years of experience leading complex engineering initiatives. Your organizational skills are top-notch, allowing you to manage ambitious timelines and proactively identify risks. You are detail-oriented and possess the ability to influence cross-functional teams to drive results effectively. You thrive in ambiguous situations and can adapt quickly to changing priorities, ensuring that programs move forward smoothly.
Your experience includes working with program management tools such as Jira, Airtable, and Asana, which you champion across teams to enhance productivity. You have a proven track record of building trusted partnerships with stakeholders at all levels, enabling you to align priorities and remove roadblocks efficiently. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with AI productivity tools is a plus, as is familiarity with platform or infrastructure groups in large organizations. You understand the nuances of managing programs that span multiple teams and can navigate the challenges that come with cross-functional collaboration.
In this role, you will lead the development and execution of strategic engineering initiatives, defining clear roadmaps and ensuring successful delivery across various teams. You will manage the end-to-end execution of programs, driving alignment with product and company priorities.
